Mumbai to Matheran — Toy Train, Charlotte Lake, Louisa Sunset

Drive to Neral and take the famous Matheran toy train (or hike from Dasturi Naka). Vehicle-free zone, so transfers within town are by hand-pulled rickshaw or horse. Afternoon walk to Charlotte Lake, sunset at Louisa Point.

🚗 100 km drive

Matheran — Sunrise at Panorama Point, Echo Point, Departure

Pre-dawn walk to Panorama Point for sunrise over the Sahyadris, then Echo Point, then return to Dasturi Naka by toy train / horseback. Drive back to Mumbai.
