The experience
Ladakh's classic 'tea-house' trek through the Hemis National Park, following the Markha river past whitewashed villages, gompas and chortens beneath the Stok and Kang Yatse peaks, crossing two high passes — Ganda La and Kongmaru La (5,260m). A wonderful mix of culture and high mountain.
